RED QUEEN THEORY – The Trilogy – (progressive goth metal)

RED QUEEN THEORY is a progressive goth metal band from Seattle, Washington, US.

-THE TRILOGY- is a three song opus based on a sequence of dreams that begin in Elizabeth’s (lead vocals) bedroom one cold night. While listening to the sounds of bells in the distance, Elizabeth approaches the window and decides to follow an obscure group of people who lead her to a desert where they witness a bloody battle between two armies. In the aftermath of the battle, they find themselves exhausted and filled with a sense of emptiness. In the distance, they see what seems to be a tavern. Assuming they are in heaven, they enter the tavern and see food, drinks, dancing and best of all there was music.

Finally, the dream sequence ends with them dancing to the song Ravens until Elizabeth eventually wakes up from the dream.
