Formed by Rady Medina (Lead Guitarist) and Jun Ortega (Vox) back in 1994, both are well known personalities from 80s punks scene I.O.V. and G.I. + Idiots repectively… Hard K, instantly created a stir in the scene, as a hard hitting in yer face hardcore punk, Manila Style.. Living up to the legacy of their previous bands.

Hard K contributed a couple of tracks on Middle Finger released compilation titled “Underground Music for Underground People” “Pare” and “Ingles” Which also featured “Dear Dingo” and “A.D.A.”

Rady took over the vox duty later, after Jun reunited with G.I… The band later released A full album titled “Life is Pain” Featuring the artwork of our dear friend Glenn Obien… Despite numerous line up changes, Hard K constantly remained an awesome live band: We had the privilege having Hard K headlined the BNW tribute page’s first Anniversary gig last 2019.
