EMLN, hailing from Lucena City, emerged as a pivotal force in the rock and post-hardcore scene of Quezon. Childhood friends, Deanmarc Romasanta and Renz Gonzales, alongside Marc Von Luigi Argosino during their college days. Their musical journey commenced in 2006 marked by electrifying live acts that resonated across Quezon to Manila. The bands derived it’s unique name from an unexpected source – and later on finalized as “EMLN” that the deducted letters are for the people who filled,in times of need, In Latin defines as “Peaceful Home”. 2008, they joined “Edge Fest Battle of the Bands” & held as the grand champion. This triumph provided opportunity to record their debut track “Better Now Gone” under Gusi Records in 2010, & unveiled their self-titled EP album. Prior to this, Christian Bernard De Chavez joined and played a crucial role in the album. In 2013, their scintillating live performances earned them a nomination for “Best Live Performance” accolade by Indie Music Philippines. They recorded “Ego Sum Fidelis in 2016 under Toolbox Records by Symoun Durias of Tower Of Doom Records. EMLN parted ways with Bon Tesnado and gave way to Phillip Villa Rino as their official drummer. They remained steadfast to creating innovative music that captivates the ears of diverse listeners. In 2023,marked another significant chapter in their musical odyssey & established “Timeshift Records” & produced their single “No One Knows” and kept them back to hone their music career.
