Hailing from Urdaneta, Pangasinan & San Fernando, La Union, the members of Insekto Pares came from different bands before deciding to form a new one. The group consists of Jason (vocals/guitars), Lalay (keys/vocals), Mike (bass), Daniel (drums), and Albert (lead guitars).
Insekto Pares plays mostly alternative, reggae, hard rock, and OPM. They also make their own songs by incorporating various music arrangements like progressive, reggae, and alternative rock.
The band’s name was actually a crazy idea while the group was eating pares. 🙂
