The “Jhae and the Special Kids of Aritao” from the province of Nueva Vizcaya, is a welfare project spearheaded by Jhae Serquina Bernardez which intends to boost each child’s self-esteem by giving them attention along with basic medical, educational, and recreational needs.
For the past 3 months, we have been piloting the program and are delighted to see dramatic progress as far as each child’s confidence is concerned. We have see…n measurable accomplishment and we are now in quest of expanding our program.
We plan on providing the kids with a special home school where they can learn essential skills such as reading, writing, and values with the guidance of their guardians and teachers.
In line with this, the “Gauge for Humanity” fund-raising concert will be held on the 4th of December at the Guerilla Radio Bar for the benefit of the “Jhae and the Special Kids of Aritao”.
We hope that with your help, we can aid the special kids of Aritao in having a better future and encourage them to build and achieve their dreams just like every child should.
